So I just got back from a GREAT weekend in KC! I went to visit my friend Hannah, and we had a really good time! It was really refreshing being back at the house of prayer. Even though its only been just over a year since i've been there, I hardly knew anyone. Which was kind of nice for some reason, but odd as well.
Here are some of the things we did while in KC... In no particular order:
1.) Went to the greatest book store in the world!
2.) Watched the worst movie in the world! (Jumper... ugh..)
3.) Tried unsuccessfully to unplug a drain (sorry Hannah!).
4.) Sat threw more gilmore girls than desired (ONE!).
5.) Remembered some great momma jokes! :-)
6.) Made some delicious chocolate chip cookies. (Which I almost ruined)
7.)Had eggs with tomatoes for the first time. (pretty good)
8.) Walked the entire length of a mall
9.) Was submerged in a lot of greek culture oddly enough (greek restaurant, My big fat greek wedding.)
10.) Saw a belly dancer for the first time in real life. (just odd...)
11.) Ate flaming cheese!
12.) Got creamed by Hannah at UNO. (It was difficult even to type that!)
13.) Made breaded chicken and pasta

Sounds like a lot of fun in KC! I do believe you have tried my eggs with salsa before and didn't like them... Hmmmm

Hannah, Alisa, David, and IHOP- four of my favorites together again! Sounds like I missed out on an eventful weekend. Maybe we should have a reunion at Chipoltle KC this summer!
